Welcome to the Sooner District of the Last Frontier Council. The Sooner District covers Norman, Moore, Little Axe, Washington, Goldsby and the other communities in Cleveland County; along with Purcell, Blanchard, Wayne and all other communities in McClain County; Tuttle and other communities in eastern Grady County.
